Well, here’s another one to add to the list. Sigh.
Whitening toothpastes that have worked haven’t done my sensitive teeth any favours. I have the choice between a brighter smile, or icy drinks but not both.
That’s why I was keen to try Sensodyne True White. It promised to ‘restore the natural whiteness of my teeth’ without being harshly abrasive.
Unfortunately, it made little or no difference to the colour of my teeth. Of course, it may be argued that I don’t have naturally white teeth, but I have had whiter teeth using other products. (I would post pics, but because of an accident several years ago, and a repaired chipped tooth, I’m too ashamed to share).
My teeth did, however, feel super clean after brushing, and they did shine. It was just a shame I saw no whitening.
Other positives were the taste, and it was great for my sensitive teeth. For the price, I can get the same benefits from other products in the Sensodyne range that are a lot more cost effective.
